Return & Refund Policy — Nova

All products sold by Nova are digital goods delivered electronically.

No Refunds All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, Nova does not offer refunds once a product has been delivered.

Replacements Nova offers a one-time replacement if your product was non-functional at the time of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • A support ticket must be opened within 1 hour of purchase
  • You must provide a video recording showing the moment of purchase and the first login/activation attempt
  • Replacements are only issued within the warranty window

How to Request a Replacement Contact us via the "Contact" page at the top of the store within 1 hour of purchase.

Chargebacks Filing a chargeback without first contacting Nova support is a violation of our Terms of Service. Nova reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with full transaction evidence.
